Beacon Ridge offers a total of 120 apartment homes: 20 one-bedroom/one bath units and 72 two-bedroom/one & two bath units and 28 three-bedroom/two bath units available to households with incomes at or below 60% of area median income. Accessible units available.

    Public Schools.

  • Southeast Raleigh Elementary will serve as the base school for Beacon Ridge residents.

  • Resident services to include discounted YMCA memberships, health and wellness activities, and enrichment programming for youth and adults.

  • Features and services include on-site management offices, tenant storage areas, social and gathering areas, washer and dryer hookups in each unit, community laundry facility, computer center, indoor fitness center and a playground. Our community is 100% smoke and pet free.

Income Limitations

Occupancy at Beacon Ridge Apartments is restricted to households with incomes at or below 60% of Wake County’s area median income. Since this figure changes annually, please call the leasing office to determine whether you qualify.
