Senior Housing
At DHIC, we are committed to supporting seniors with low to moderate incomes, by providing access to vital resources, educational opportunities, and services designed to improve their overall quality of life.
Our senior housing communities are restricted to individuals who are age 55 (or 62 and older in some cases). We currently offer 13 senior apartments in two counties.
