Club Plaza is a 32-unit apartment complex located in south Raleigh. The complex is designed with one-story buildings, each with four to six units. Three buildings have handicapped-accessible units. The apartments have individual entries and front yards available for gardening.

Booker Park North is an independent living community that includes a total of 72 apartment homes for individuals 62 and older. This community features 58 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments in one building.

Located near the intersection of Weston Road and Curtis Drive just north of Garner Road in Garner, Weston Trace is convenient to schools, shopping and major employers. There are 48 units available in two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

Wakefield Hills offers 80 two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in Wakefield Plantation in north Raleigh. This convenient location provides residents with easy access to schools, employment, public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
