Townhomes at Washington Terrace
Description
The Townhomes at Washington Terrace are the fourth phase of the redevelopment of Washington Terrace. This phase consists of fifty-eight (58) for sale townhomes. Most of the townhomes have been sold. However, a few select townhomes are still available for sale to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income.
DHIC developed the lots and partnered with Stanley Martin Homes who built the townhomes. The construction of all of the townhomes is complete.
