The Townhomes at Washington Terrace are the fourth phase of the redevelopment of Washington Terrace. This phase will provide fifty-eight (58) for sale townhomes. Seventeen (17) of which are affordable to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income.

DHIC developed the lots and has partnered with Stanley Martin Homes to then build the townhomes. Sitework began earlier this fall and the lots were sold to Stanley Martin in November 2022. The construction of the townhomes is anticipated to start in 2023. The completed townhomes will be sold by Stanley Martin Homes with DHIC assisting with the marketing of the 17 affordable townhomes.
