Tim Fisher joined DHIC in 2018, coming from a market rate housing developer based in Athens, GA.  He completed his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from UNC Chapel Hill, and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Penn State University. Within the real estate development team, he is responsible for managing the overall project life cycle, from initial inception to construction completion.
