Stacey Todd joined DHIC in 2023 with experience in income-based housing in both non-profit and local government sectors. Inspired by her background in social services, Stacey is driven to ensure residents have safe housing where they can achieve their personal goals without the burden of housing instability. Stacey has her BA in Women's Studies, her Masters in Community Planning, and LIHTC specific certifications as a Rental Housing Development Financial Professional (RHDFP) and a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
