Lou joined DHIC, Inc. in March of 2012 and has over 30 years of Lending/Home Purchase Counseling/Foreclosure Prevention experience.  He is passionate about helping individuals and families find resources to purchase their home and maintain/stay in their home.  He is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and has certifications from NeighborWorks Ameria and holds an active North Carolina Mortgage Loan Originator License.
