DHIC partnered with the Town of Chapel Hill to build 149 affordable apartments for lower-income families, individuals, and seniors.  Phase one, Greenfield Place, provides 80 apartments for families and individuals.  Phase two, Greenfield Commons, opening in Spring of 2019, will provide 69 apartments for Seniors age 55+.Watch the video here.
