Representative David E. Price attended and made remarks at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Pennington Grove apartments in Garner on May 4, 2018. This new development will provide 83 new apartment homes for seniors age 55 and older. Other speakers included Jessica Holmes, Chair of the Wake County Board of Commissioners, and Scott Farmer, Executive Director of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.
