Pennington Grove is 100% smoke-free apartment community in Garner for active adults, ages 55 and above, made up of two buildings.  Located off of Heather Park Drive, at Pennington Grove I & II, residents enjoy the convenience of nearby retail, services, and the brand new Pool Family YMCA.  A hallmark of DHIC’s design, Pennington Grove I & II apartments are eco-friendly with water saving fixtures, and energy-efficient heating, cooling and appliances and features amenities that encourage interaction among neighbors.
