Celebrating 40 Years of Housing Leadership
DHIC marked its 40th anniversary last year with a special luncheon and symposium showcasing the importance of affordable housing in North Carolina. We’re encouraged by the fact that more than 400 supporters joined us to recognize DHIC’s original founders and area leaders who have made the first 40 years possible. In conjunction with this celebration, we also hosted our first Health & Housing Symposium. This program brought together a panel of experts from the community and across the nation to spotlight the importance of safe, affordable housing to the wellness of area families. Revisit the Symposium.
