Willard Street Apartments Dedication

On Thursday, September 30th at 1:00PM, DHIC, Inc. and Self-Help, in partnership with the City of Durham, held a dedication celebration for Willard Street Apartments. The community is home to over 100 individuals, providing 82 apartments in the heart of downtown Durham. We had a great time celebrating this community with everyone who was able to attend!
