We’re proud to announce that our president, Gregg Warren, has been named the 2019 Tar Heel of the Year by The News & Observer. After 34 years with DHIC and 11 years in development prior to his tenure with us, Gregg is being recognized with this honor just as the issue of affordable housing has risen to the forefront of the news in the Triangle.
