Interested in learning more about buying an affordable home? Come join the City of Raleigh and DHIC to learn how to navigate the process of purchasing homes in the East College Park, Martin/Haywood, and the Idlewild Avenue areas!
Interested homebuyers can tour the East College Park neighborhood, meet the builders, view home plans, and discuss housing financing with lenders. Educational sessions on homeownership topics will occur every hour. Snacks provided!
