Rodney joined the DHIC team as the Asset Manager in 2016. In this position, Rodney is responsible for the long term viability of properties owned and operated by DHIC and its affiliates. He is also responsible for providing guidance and support during the negotiation of operating agreements with syndicators and will coordinate efforts with our real estate development staff as it plans for new construction projects and acquisition and rehabilitation opportunities.
Before joining the DHIC team, Rodney served as Vice President, Development with Greystone Affordable Housing Initiatives, LLC where he was responsible for deal sourcing, executing and overseeing preservation development strategies for For-Profit and Not-for-Profit Owners of aging and at risk multifamily properties.
Rodney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from John Jay College and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College the City University of New York.
