Step 1: Search

a. Identify homes on our website.

b. Click here to be redirected to our rental community page.

c. Housing will vary by location, availability, type, and eligibility.

Step 2: Determine

a. Determine if there is availability or an open waitlist at the property.  Each community has a property management team that can answer your questions. Please see the phone numbers for each property for more information.

b. Determine if you meet the eligibility requirements.

c. Once you have identified apartment homes that you are interested in, it’s time to do more research.

d. Call the leasing office and/or read the documents on the property page to learn:

-If there is availability or a waitlist you can join, and

-If you are eligible to live there.
The property staff can answer questions regarding apartment availability, rent, income requirements or restrictions, and how to obtain an application for housing.

Step 3: Apply

a. Once you determine you are eligible to apply, download the application from the property’s website or pick up an application at the apartment community’s leasing office.

b. Complete the application and submit it according to the instructions. For each application you submit, there is a non-refundable application fee of $20 to cover credit and background reports.

c. For most applications, applicants will be asked to supply employment history (recent paycheck stubs or verification of employment), bank statements, prior rental history, driver’s license or state-issued identification (ID), birth certificates, and social security cards for all who will be living in the household.

d. If you have any questions, contact the property management office directly.

Step 4: Contact
A leasing agent will contact you if are eligible to move into the property and will inform you if additional information is needed to secure an apartment.

Step 5: Respond
Respond promptly to the request for information and schedule a time to sign your lease.

Step 6: Move
Move into your new apartment home!
