We are excited to announce that applications for Booker Park North at Washington Terrace are now available! Booker Park North, a senior community for individuals 62 and older, is the second phase of the Washington Terrace redevelopment plan. The independent living community will include 72 one- and two- bedroom apartments for households with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income. Features include washer and dryer hook-ups in each apartment, tenant storage areas, and covered drive through entrance. The property will also include a common laundry facility, computer center for residents, community gathering room with kitchen, fitness room, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and an on-site manager’s office.

The leasing office will begin accepting completed applications on March 1, 2019 at 10AM at the leasing office (423 N. Fisher Street) and applications will be accepted on first-come basis. Please note that no applications will be accepted prior to March 1st.
