700 N Hardee Street Apartments partners DHIC and Self-Help, Raleigh and Durham-based nonprofits seek artwork for the community spaces at this high-quality, affordable housing project in NE central Durham, funded in part by the City of Durham and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
