Save the Date: 2nd Annual Housing Resource Fair

Homeowners, homebuyers and renters alike are invited to the 2^nd Annual Housing Resource Fair on Saturday, October 27 at the Tarboro Road Community Center. The fair will take place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

If you’re looking to buy, repair or rent a home, this event is for you!

Throughout the day, staff from the City of Raleigh and DHIC, along with builders, real estate agents, and a host of resource organizations will be available to share valuable information and answer questions to help you achieve your housing and financial goals.

• 1:30-2:00: Homeowner Rehab Assistance Programs

• 12:30-1:00: Credit and Financial Readiness
• 1:00-1:30: Overcoming Barriers to Renters
• 1:30-2:00: Renter Rights
