DHIC Welcomes New Appointee to the Board of Directors

Raleigh, NC – DHIC, Inc., a local nonprofit development company committed to meeting the housing needs of seniors, families and individuals of modest incomes, welcomes to its Board of Directors Paul Muñana, a commercial real estate professional who serves as Senior Leasing Agent at Regency Centers in Raleigh.  Paul will serve a two-year term and be up for reappointment in 2019.

“DHIC is pleased with this Board appointment.  We welcome the expertise and diverse perspective Mr. Muñana will bring to the Board and to addressing the growing housing needs of seniors and families throughout the Triangle,” says Gregg Warren, President of DHIC.

In addition, Gary Blum, Wells Fargo, has been re-elected to serve as Chair, and Ralph Recchie has been re-elected to serve as Vice Chair.
