Gregg Warren, DHIC’s long-time President, is retiring at the end of March after 34 years of service. In honor of his extraordinary contributions to the Triangle and beyond, DHIC’s Board and staff were to celebrate Gregg and his tenure on Thursday, March 19, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) in Raleigh. This event has been postponed and a new date will be announced in the coming weeks. For more information on the postponement, please click here.
The Resident Resilience Fund, established by the Board in Gregg’s honor, will benefit the more than 4,100 residents who call a DHIC community home. While building more affordable, safe and secure places to live is critical, bricks and mortar are not enough to transform lives and communities. Our residents need resources to weather short-term financial crises, to access healthy food and exercise, to support their kids to succeed in school, to make smart financial decisions, and to sustain their housing and quality of life.
We invite you, as a valued friend to DHIC and to Gregg, to join us in leveraging our housing investments by making a significant donation to establish the Resident Resilience Fund, both in honor of Gregg and the residents DHIC works so hard to serve each day. All proceeds will be used to support the Resident Resilience Fund and all sponsors will be acknowledged at the rescheduled celebration event.
